Equally Challenged

Good friends make good music. We've been Equally Challenged for over half a decade now...still can't seem to settle on a genre, or in Paul's case an instrument. We like them all, from Zydeco to Americana, sprinkled with brass, bass and three part harmony. If you had a really big porch with electric outlets, you could call us porch music. Then again, a nice spacious garage gets Dan throwing power-chords. Jesse is partial to outdoor venues, as long as his soaring vocals and piano solos don't mix with the rain. Ian and Garrett just love a deep pocket where their long waves can travel. No matter what, we love making good ol' analog music - plugged in, with embouchure, finger callouses, and a "couple-of-quarts-of beer" as Frank would say. Music you can always sing along too, smile at, or hoot and holler with! Each of us have been players, professionals, and major supporters of the Northern Colorado Music Scene for many years.
