Rob Solo and The Treble Alliance

Rob Solo is the stage name for Rob Price who has been a musician in the Fort Collins scene for 16 years now, and has played in such bands as Sub-Theory and Amy and the Peace Pipes. The Treble Alliance is a nebulous group of several musicians and friends that have written their own parts for original music Rob has written and/or covers. Essentially, members of the Treble Alliance aren't really part of a band so much as they are guests that frequently join in so don't be surprised to see people you've seen in other local bands on stage with him at any given moment during a set. They even have to take a certain science-fiction trilogy themed stage name of their own. If you like soulful and catchy acoustic rock music, you won't be disappointed as Rob has been playing and performing it for over 20 years now. His acoustic style has heavy overtones of classic rock, grunge, alternative rock and blues, all of which coalesce to form both a classic and modern sound. His covers are eclectic and range anywhere from Stevie Wonder to System of a Down so you won't always know what to expect next. Over the past couple of years he's been building momentum, playing shows at various local establishments with other local musical talent. Be sure to check him out on Facebook, SoundCloud and Reverb Nation, and keep your eyes peeled for an EP release later this year.
