BAND ACTION ITEMS
#1 – Confirm your band members:
Please log on to the site and update your band members who will be performing with your project by Monday April 13, 2026 After this time, we will not be able to accommodate artist wristband changes.
*Please note that crew members, photographers, videographers, merch sellers, etc do not get an artist wristband from FoCoMX. These additional support positions will need to be provided by you using your plus ones wristbands, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
#2 - Upload Your Stage Plot and Input List.
You'll need to login HERE and click Update Production Info. The FoCoMX production team needs this to adequately prepare for you. The deadline for this is Monday April 13, 2026.

ARTIST CHECK-IN & WRISTBANDS
Please come to Artist Check-In when you arrive at the festival. You or a member of your band need to check in to receive your FoCoMX wristbands. You can grab the whole band’s packet or leave wristbands for any members to pick up when it works for them. Along with wristbands, this spot will be stocked with grab’n go snacks and drinks and is designed to be a comfy place to recharge, connect and relax. Please stop by anytime you need a moment of respite throughout the weekend.

BAND PAY
One of our biggest festival priorities is to pay each artist. After expenses, the Fort Collins Musicians Association will take 25% of the net profit from the festival to put back into the non-profit and next year’s festival. The other 75% of final profit will be divided evenly between the bands/artists. Please note, we will send an email out after the festival letting you know how much each artist will get and asking you where to send the check and who to make it out to. As a volunteer-driven organization, please note that it may take us a month to get this email to you, but hopefully not longer.

BAND MERCHANDISE
You can set up and sell merch at the edge of your stage during your performance. Some venues will have a dedicated table for bands performing that day to share. Note: We DO NOT have a central location to sell your band's merchandise for the entire festival. Thanks for your understanding.

PRODUCTION GEAR
Please keep in mind that many venues are just regular businesses that we put a PA in for the festival. So we can’t guarantee all the equipment you may be accustomed to or fulfill rider requests. We cannot accommodate in-ear monitor rigs of any kind. We thank you for your grace and for doing your part to make this festival happen -- we know you’ll have a fun set!
AUDIO - All venues have a full PA with at least two monitors, basic mic package with stands, 16-ch mixer, and a sound engineer.
BACKLINE - Many venues will have a backline drum kit! BYO breakables (cymbals & snare). A few venues also have amps, and some don't have any backline gear. Please be sure to check what backline is at your venue if provided (see below). At the venues providing backline, everyone will be asked to use the backline gear and only supplement for specific needs. Let us know in your show advance if you have a left-handed drummer or any specific needs.
LOAD-IN
LOAD-IN IS 1 HOUR BEFORE THE START OF YOUR SET. Please load-in to the venue through the instructed entrance. Stage your gear in the designated area. You will be in contact with your zone manager, please reach out to them if it is unclear where you need to go. Move gear onto stage as soon as changeover begins.
LOAD-OUT
Please QUICKLY CLEAR THE STAGE as soon as your performance ends.
Please take gear directly to a vehicle. Please do not leave gear at the venue as we are limited on space. Do not leave the stage to hang out with friends or fans until ALL gear is off the stage and returned to a vehicle.

*Please note: Aggie cannot accommodate IEMs for the festival. Artists will need to use house wedges.

Staging Location: Load in from alley off of Walnut Street just northeast of the Square. Pull into this alley and park all the way at the end of the alley where it meets Trimble Court Alley. Please park along the brick wall on the left. Note: do not block the parking spots in this alley as they might tow your car.
Also for bands - carpool and/or unload and re-park. This is a very congested space and there are parking garages located close by on Chestnut Street, Remington and Mountain Ave , as well as much on street parking. Stage hands and Zone Managers will be there to help you as well.
