A wayward traveler on a journey of sonic solace, Matthias XS (Matthias Xavier Steward) was born and raised in Fort Collins and has spent the last decade and a half embedded in the local music scene, gradually honing his craft over the years to stand tall as a vocalist and guitarist. Joined by the thunderous Addison Cole on bass and the rambunctious Joey Martinez on drums for the full fledged trio experience, Matthias is seeking to take the Northern Colorado area by storm with raw, personal, and soulful blends of indie rock infused with blues, R&B, funk, and psychedelic flavors.
