Braxton Hamblen

Braxton Hamblen is a young artist from Northern Colorado that plays a Red Dirt/Indie Folk inspired version of music. He’s been playing music since he was five after getting an acoustic guitar from his grandparents for Christmas. Growing up he always had a love for music, specifically Red Dirt music like Turnpike Troubadours, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and Stoney LaRue. He started writing songs at the age of twelve and wrote his first single in the winter of 2021 - which he recorded and released it in November of 2023. It was recorded in Clubhouse Recorders in Golden, Colorado and was produced By Ben Waligoske. Most of the first album is preformed by Hamblen with other parts being played by friends of his, Braxton Khan, Dylan Hettinger, and Antonio Maxey. When he is not in the studio or playing live, he team ropes, and helps train horses with his family. In the summers, he often spends time at his grandpa’s house working with him and enjoying small town life.
