Domi Edson Trio

Domi Edson is an award-winning bassist, composer, and arranger originally from Seattle, WA and now residing in Denver after having received her MM from the University of Northern Colorado. Born out of Greeley, The Domi Edson Trio, which in addition to having two albums out (Without the Re, Stories from Solitude), have performed at Dazzle (Denver, CO), The Muse (Lafayette, CO), Frankie’s Jazz Club (Vancouver, Canada), The Royal Room (Seattle, WA), Boxley’s (North Bend, WA), live on KUVO, the Five Points Jazz Festival, and multiple universities. As a sidewoman, Domi has performed with Terrell Stafford, Charles McPherson, Greg Gisbert, Dawn Clement, Gayelynn McKinney, and many more. Domi was a member of the 2020 Jazz Education Network Sisters in Jazz Collegiate Combo, and was the winner of the 2021 David Baker Scholarship
