Mr. Mota

Mr. Mota is a young, 5-piece jam band born and bred in the backyards of Boulder, Colorado. The band formed in May of 2020 and have made their name as one of Boulder’s premiere live bands. Mr. Mota started by playing a variety of covers ranging from funk and blues to reggae and bluegrass, but they have been building a strong list of original songs, including unreleased fan favorites “Bella Blue” and “Smoke Too Much.” In addition to having a unique live sound, the band works with local visual artists to create an unforgettable concert experience. After an incredibly successful headlining show at The Fox Theatre, Mr. Mota went into the studio to record an EP that will be released in early 2022. They are more motivated than ever to share their music with the world! The members are Will Rosenthal (vocals/guitar), Max Lerman (vocals/keys/sax), Willie Vogel (guitar), Ari Lerman (bass), and Brendan Lamb (drums and percussion).
