Benjamin Bell & The District

Colorado native, Benjamin Bell, started his journey at the end of a dusty, winding, dirt road listening to old country eight tracks in the back of a rusty Chevy pickup. His energetic live performances coupled with his sobering, heart-worn lyrics persuade his audience to set their drinks down one minute and raise them up the next. 2017 saw the beginning of three consecutive years playing Taste of Fort Collins, including a top five finish in a fan voting contest held by Old Town Media which resulted in an opening slot for Uncle Kracker on the main stage. Two turns at PRCA Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals and performances at the 97th and 98th annual Greeley Stampede cemented his boot stomping presence in Northern Colorado. Touring throughout the Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions over the past several years has garnered new perspectives and invaluable experience navigating the music scene. Over that timeframe, Benjamin has opened shows and shared the stage with artists such as Jerrod Niemann, Jason Boland, Stoney Larue, Sunny Sweeney, Gin Blossoms, Judah & the Lion, Chancey Williams, Josh Ward, and Logan Mize, among many others.  He's looking forward to a busy 2024 splitting time between Northern Colorado and Nashville, Tennessee, as well as his sixth year returning to “The Biggest Little Festival in America”, FoCoMX. “They say that basement bars and county fairs are where you earn your chops, well, I’ve played just about every one of them north of Denver, so I guess we’ll see what’s next.”
