The Salesmen formed in 2020 when long time brothers Caleb Amelunke (guitar/vocals) and Alex Amelunke (drums/vocals) joined forces with bassist extraordinaire Tucker Smidt. The trio has steadily gained a following performing a unique brand of psych-prog-post-punk live around the Denver metro area, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs, while also touring on a regular basis. With a diverse mix of influences ranging from the post-hardcore stylings of Fugazi to the experimental tones and arrangements of Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart, they have undoubtedly found a sound of their own. Having released two EPs, they are currently working on their first full length album.
