The Blue Shoes

We are an indie blues-rock band from Longmont, CO. We formed in 2021 and have since played countless performances in the Front Range region and beyond. We were selected to represent the Colorado Blues Society as a youth act in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee in the Spring of 2022. We also got the chance to play at The Bitter End in Manhattan, New York City later that year. Finally, we came in 2nd place in the CBS state finals for the adult division of the International Blues Challenge. Although we have had long ties with blues festivals and organizations, our sound takes more influences from modern alternative and indie rock like The Strokes, The White Stripes, and The Black Keys, as well as old classics like Led Zeppelin. We released our first singles “I Don’t Mind” and “Sea to Shining Sea” in the fall of 2023.
