It Gets Worse

Having formed in 2011, It Gets Worse are veterans of the Colorado music scene. After extensive touring prior to and following the release of 2017’s Cool Kids, the band has finally dropped their latest single. Big Deal showcases the latest iteration of the band - a crew focused on catchy melodies, emotional horn solos, and tongue-in-cheek fun that is nostalgic while pushing the boundaries of what is expected from ska punk. Followers of the band’s 10+ year career will immediately hear the growth of It Gets Worse from years past, and be primed for their upcoming full-length album set to be released in 2025. 

In addition we've played for national acts such as Millencolin, Save Ferris, Voodoo Glow Skulls, The Toasters, Anti-Nowhere League, Afroman, Mustard Plug, Buck-O-Nine, Badfish, East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys, and others. We’ve completed multiple regional tours and performed at events such as The Underground Music Experience (Denver, CO), Seattle Hemp Fest (Seattle, WA), Portland Hemp Fest (Portland, OR), Mesa Music Fest (Tempe, AZ), Seattle Ska Fest (Seattle, WA), Cheyenne Zombie Fest (Cheyenne, WY), and The What Festival (Riverside, WY).
