OMiO

OMiO is Omar Otero and David Bethany. The duo met while playing shows around Albuquerque, NM. Omar recalls, “I was playing a show with an old line up of musicians and David was there. We met that night. I hit him up for a gig later that month, and we’ve been playing together ever since.”

The sound has been described as “Space Pop” or as the duo call it “Neo-wave”. Blending fragments of time and space from both Omar and David’s musical journey so far, with the familiar essence of times past and future.

The duo are preparing to release their first batch of studio recordings in 2025. The first single “AllTiedUP” is set to release in January, with their 9 track debut album “Over It” following in March.
