Uncle Jesse's Blues Skillet

Uncle Jesse's Blues Skillet is comprised of Jesse Struckhoff (Guitar/Vocals), Pete Palombo (Bass), Alex Jacobson (Drums), Dana Drake (Percussion/Vocals), and Dave Wisbon (Keys/Vocals). We wish we could tell you we got together to make music due to a cosmic connection rooted in emotional grit and feverish desire to change the world with the fruit of our musical loins.  However.. if you know us, you would know that is complete bull----.  We are a collection of local musicians who just love playing music together for people having a good time, and we have a good time doing it.  With many years of playing in multiple local bands and configurations, we just strive to play authentic music.  Seeing us live, you'll hear a good mix of originals and some covers thrown in - Rock and/or Roll, blues jams, Americana, Latin ... whatever you want to call it.  You may hear anything from Traffic to Lizzo, mixed in with a little original such as "Nuns and Carrots", or a song about a character from up in Rist Canyon.  One thing we can promise? A real good time.
