House with a Yard

House with a Yard (HWAY) is an Americana/indie folk project founded by dynamic songwriter Davey Wallace.  Acoustic and electric instrumentation allow the band to explore the nuances of raw unrestrained rock, jazz/funk grooves, classical and baroque sensibilities, barn-burning bluegrass, and the sweet, deep pocket of old-time. Danceable, edgy, and melodic, House with a Yard delivers an immersive experience reflective of their northern Colorado home.

House With a Yard released their debut album, Carousel, in 2019 before embarking on a 22-date tour across the Midwest and Eastern US.  They kept the coals warm during pandemic shutdowns and have been in the studio working on their next album, which is set for release come early 2023.
