The idea of the band began when Catherine Himmes heard Flogging Molly's tin whistle player rocking out, and 20 years later, Catherine has been rocking the Magic Rat Open Mic with her tin whistle tunes. Supported by Brendan O'Hara on Bodhran and Greg Douras on guitar, The House Wrens are hoping to rock a stage near you!
