Sally Majestic
Although Sally Majestic's members are originally from Fort Worth, TX, singer/bassist PJ Fry relocated to Loveland, CO in 2015. Sally Majestic's music is a melodic and approachable blend of alternative pop/rock, punk, and reggae. "Sally Majestic is one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s most dynamic bands, capable of playing multiple styles ranging from punk to ska and reggae, to just good ol’ rock n roll." - JOSH PITTS, Earth to Josh
Two of Sally Majestic's four members started making music together together in the early 2000's; that was when singer/bassist PJ Fry first joined up with guitarist/singer Scott Vernon. After going through a few line up changes, Sally Majestic ran into drummer Tim Cowdin, and he has had the job ever since. For years, Sally Majestic had been a three piece but is now comprised of 8 members. In 2013 Sally Majestic added guitarist/keyboardist, and producer of the last three Sally Majestic albums, Ben Napier. And in 2016 Sally added a horn section that includes Chris Bellomy on bari sax, Preston Jones on alto sax, Paul Birk on trombone and Justin Barbee on trumpet/keys. With the eight-piece lineup in place, Sally Majestic has been able to expand on a live show that has been nominated by the Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards six out of the last seven years as one of the best "Live Bands" in Fort Worth.
