Adriana Lorenzi

An italian/venezuelan girl who was born on a December 3rd in the city of Maracaibo - Venezuela, becomes songwriter since 8 years old. At that same age she began to study piano, and later became interested in guitar and singing. In 2002 with the band "Oceano" she recorded her first album as a singer, co-author and co-producer and opened shows for Voz Veis and Ricardo Arjona to an audience of approximately 6000 people. In late 2004, she started her solo album under the musical production of Fernando Valladares (Latin Grammy winner), with five songs written by her and six other renowned composers, including Frank Quintero. The final touch of mixing and mastering was made by German Landaeta (Latin Grammy winner) at Caracas. and in November 2006, officially launched in Maracaibo her album "Seguiré Esperando", to an audience of approx. 200 people just from the press, taking the best reviews, after presenting a show where she played 6 tracks of the album fused to a lights show and visuals.

Two songs of this album were included as incidental music in two venezuelan soapoperas trasmited by Venevision Channel.
The videoclip of the song "Palabras" was directed by producer Luis Socorro from Play Productora from Maracaibo - Venezuela, and the same song was included in the compilation of independent female artists "Violet Femmes Vol 1" by the Canadian label RPW Records, and they invited Adriana to make a live performance at the Violet Femmes Festival in Vancouver, Canada on 15 March 2008.
The Video of "Palabras" was transmitted in various subsidiaries of MTV MTVLA (Top 10), MTV2, Nickelodeon, Boomerang.

Since October 2007 is on sale the entire album "Seguiré Esperando" digitally through many online stores including iTunes important, Napster, Yahoo Music and Amazon MP3, which gives global presence. And the physical album was distributed under the venezuelan indie label Balcon Zone Records by Massimo Pastorelli who was his manager for a year.

She got many first places online radio charts in Mexico and Spain. Also got a very good presence on Batanga wich is the most important online latin radio in New York.

The controversial cover of the album where repudiates against the "Payola" and explains what this means, was applauded by many and criticized by others. It was used as the image of several venezuelan TV government programs without her consent because Adriana Lorenzi, doesn't want to be identified with any political sector, as has always been out of it, however not for that cease to express against irregularities and most of all if they affect the music industry.

In the search for her true musical identity, she re-versioned some themes from the first album to a more rock / grunge style, which is one of the most marked influences on Adriana's music. That was how she got what she really wanted to say and decided to embark on a new album, where fuses grunge rock and dance rock, produced by herself, recording keyboards and some guitars, and inviting many talented colleagues to her recording studio AL Productions at Maracaibo, Venezuela.
This new album is titled "Déjate Llevar" with nine songs of which three are in English, looking to expand her horizons. The first single is titled "Not My Fault" which is already published and being promoted with a video produced in Colorado, USA.

In addition to her solo project, Adriana Lorenzi is also invited on 2009 to join the band GATAS VERDES, on keyboards with whom she has had the opportunity to also play in the Cayman Islands and Italy.

She resided in 2011 - 2015 in Italy, where she studied Sound Engineering, in one of the most important live sound service companies called Spray Records, which has worked for very known Italian artists tours.
In Italy she performed her music and also Gatas Verdes music, in many venues around the East coast of that country.
Parallel to her carrier as a performer, she continues to offer her Music Production and Arrangement services, as well as musician and/or live sound engineering for other bands.
Currently, she lives in Denver, Colorado, United States, and she's the CEO of Lorenzi Music acting as a manager and musician with LINGER the only tribute to The Cranberries in USA.
