Optimal Frequency

Optimal Frequency exploded onto the music scene in 2004 with their high energy musicality and memorable lyrics. O.F. started playing music together in the dorm rooms of Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO all the way to the Big Apple of New York City recording their first album with New York rockers/producers Shootyz Groove. This is where they honed their skills of reggae rock combined with high level lyrical content. The rapping and singing of this generation was one of kind as Optimal Frequency fit in nicely with Dirty Heads, Passafire, Pomeroy, 311 and many more acts they shared the stage with. O.F. set sail on tour all over Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and California . Continuing to write music and play packed shows was all O.F wanted. After the group split up everyone in the band continued to write music.

Optimal Frequency is BACK!! after 18 long years. O.F. has a new album coming out on January 31st and has shows lined up to make 2025 a big comeback year. Two EP's will be released this year and a full-length album. More music than ever and the writing doesn't stop. We are looking forward to bringing more energy and bringing rock and roll a new flare into the future.
