Doctor Nez combines punchy, riff-driven rock with honest lyrics about the struggles of modern life. From paranoia to substance dependence, loneliness to uncertainty, suicidal ideation to the death of ambition, Doctor Nez retells haunting stories from firsthand and secondhand accounts, all wrapped up in a package of gritty, overdriven guitar tones and unapologetically disheveled vocals. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Doctor Nez is currently based in the Stoner Doom haven of Colorado.

Doctor Nez's second EP, "High Desert Lows", will satisfy nearly any appetite. Listeners will wander through the arid wastelands of the Mojave Desert on a journey to the frozen Rocky Mountains, accompanied by an auditory blending of stoner rock, grunge, electronic groove, post-rock, doom, and classic heavy metal. The desert calls to you; sing the lamentations, sway to the rhythm, and stay hydrated.
