Flutter

Flutter is a Denver-based indie rock n’ roll band known for their ear-worm hooks and bombastic performances. Their music blends introspective lyrics with high energy power pop, creating a sound that whips audiences into a frenzy. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant Denver music scene, Flutter has carved out a niche that bridges the gap between power pop influences and contemporary indie sensibilities

Flutter has sold out shows at the Hi Dive and Globe Hall playing with bands like Water From Your Eyes, Dutch Interior, Barbara, Supreme Joy, and more. They will head back into the studio this January with a full-length release slated for Spring 2026.

Their debut EP When You Love Somebody, arrived on all streaming platforms and cassette July 21, 2025. The six-song, 24-minute collection brims with jangly guitars, rich melodies, and the kind of heart-on-sleeve songwriting that recalls power-pop heroes like Teenage Fanclub, Big Star, and Badfinger.

When You Love Somebody  captures the band at their most energetic and introspective. Across the EP’s tight runtime, they deliver a sound that blends 90s power-pop charm with in-your-face guitar work.

"After the beautifully jangly power of their debut 'Standing On A Corner' single released in April, Denver’s Flutter are back with a sound that splices the 90s power-pop of Teenage Fanclub with crisp electric guitar riffs that sidle into 80s musical side streets. Perfect for those that prefer guitars to dominate their collections." – JanglePopHub

"It's a great sound that fully absorbs current acts like The Lemon Twigs and Sharp Pins, as well as legends like Big Star. There's also a hint of a British Invasion vibe, and if I had to pinpoint something, I'd say it's irresistible for fans of Shoes." – Niche Music
