Chlorine Beach

Hailing from Northwest Texas, Chlorine Beach is a solo project created by frontman and multi-instrumentalist, Jay Brandt. After producing music alone in his bedroom for closer to seven years, Jay finally discovered his sound through dirty, simple guitar riffs and raw vocal performances that provide emotional depth and detail to the songs he writes.

Inspired by all aspects of art and film, and by being a film student himself, Jay sought to create more than just a music project or a band, but a creative universe and identity around the music he produces. Taking inspiration from The Doors all the way to David Lynch, the live shows and videos feel super immersive, with some awesome story telling aspects.

With backing from industry partners Planetary Group, Chlorine Beach’s newest LP is expected to chart on the NACC Top 200 nationally. Building a global audience ranging from his hometown in Texas, all the way to Italy, his fans connect through videos and tracks that are super creative and D.I.Y. They evoke that burning curiosity and dangerous energy in anyone that watches them. Almost like the music is set to revert us back to what makes the alternative scene relatable and vibrant again.
