SemiFiction

Formed in 2020, SemiFiction is a three-piece band from Colorado Springs blending post-hardcore, emo, and math rock into an emotionally charged and rhythmically complex sound. Drawing influence from the raw energy of At the Drive-In, the intricacy of The Fall of Troy, and the dynamic shifts of Mars Volta, they create music that’s both visceral and thoughtful.

The band is made up of Danny(vocals/guitar), Braedon (drums), and Laura (bass)—a tight-knit trio committed to writing music that feels honest, intense, and alive. Known for their high-energy performances and emotionally resonant lyrics, SemiFiction has been steadily building a name in the Colorado music scene, playing at venues like The Black Sheep and Vultures, as well as making their way into the Denver scene with shows alongside touring and local acts.

Currently, the band is hard at work crafting new material, pushing their sound further while staying grounded in the DIY ethos that shaped their beginnings. Whether on stage or in the studio, SemiFiction delivers music that hits hard and lingers long after the last note.
