Christopher Smith and Friends

Formed in 2023, Christopher Smith and Friends is a high-energy Americana outfit which blends classic instrumentation with catchy original songs and quality musicianship. CS&F is comprised of longtime working Colorado musicians, banding together to create something original, yet timeless-sounding in presentation. This current lineup began in 2025 and comprises of Christopher Smith on guitar and lead vocals, Scott Spanbauer on pedal steel guitar, Mike "Thumper" Mitchell on upright bass and Brian Bodley on drums. The sound is refreshingly punchy and ventures into rockabilly, classic country, rock & roll and weepy ballads. Christopher Smith has released two solo albums (Christopher Smith and Friends in 2023 and Unsent Letters, Vol.1 in 2025) and is currently looking to release a third with this lineup in 2026.
