Marcos Martinez

I’m a local songwriter who plays acoustic guitar and sings and have performed locally for many years. I created a CD in 2017 and have recently been writing many new songs which I have been playing out with and have had some good reception. I also have a few covers that I will sometimes work into my set which cover a range of genres. My sound is a blend of the different styles that I love. My influences come from rock in the 70s, post-punk in the 80s and alternative in the 90s. But I also will use anything that grabs my attention such as indie, ambient or even some country. My goal is to create a scene or a mood with the songs that I write and perform that hopefully others can connect with.
