Tales of Hoffman

Singer songwriter Steven Hoffman's music is as natural as his love of the environment and organic food and farming, where he's also made a career. A Jersey boy who claims Colorado as home for the past 30 years, Steve's folk-rock style and songcraft is inspired by the Rocky Mountains as much as it is by the streets of New York and the boardwalks of New Jersey.

Acoustic Jukebox Music

By way of background, I have performed at numerous venues around Boulder County (where I’m based), Colorado, and the U.S. My style as a singer songwriter is acoustic folk/rock/country/blues/R&B that spans generations. I bring my own state of the art Bose PA as needed, and have a small footprint setup. With a combination of originals and standards, my “Acoustic Jukebox” style is perfect for breweries, cafes, restaurants, outdoor settings and any sized sized venue. I perform solo, or as a duo, or with a very talented small combo I’ve been playing with for years, as well.

Local venues and recent gigs have included Abbott & Wallace Distillery, Avogadro’s Number in Fort Collins, Blackbird Cafe in Evergreen, Niwot Tavern, Busey Brews in Nederland, The Secret Garden in Denver, Boulder Creek Festival, the Bluegrass Lounge in Arvada, Jamestown, Boco Cider, Mercantile, Stone Cup, Motherlode Cafe, Uhl’s Brewing Co., Rock Garden in Lyons, Very Nice Brewing Co. in Nederland, the Empourium in Denver, Gilded Goat Brewing in Fort Collins, Windsor Mill Tavern, Spirit Hound Distillery, Left Hand Brewing, Mapleton Hill Porchfest in Boulder, Unity Church, the 5 Spot and the Broken Spoke in Nashville, TN, Natural Products Expo in California, and other venues.

Promotion

By way of promotion, I create professionally designed poster and graphics, and promote extensively on social media and email marketing. As I work as a business leader in the Colorado natural and organic products industry, I also enjoy an extensive network to whom I promote my music events.
