Just a couple of 90s kids growing up on that classic hippity-hop, our parent's CD collections, and Colorado's Alternative Radio Station 93.3. He taught himself; she followed his lead - The F*** Ups came to be. Our music is 100% human, produced downstairs between two best friends.

Influenced by J Dilla, Madlib, Tribe, The Gorillaz, Missy, Eve, Del, Portishead, Atmosphere, Mac Miller, The Avalanches, ABBA, Massive Attack, The Pharcyde, Earl, OFWGKTA, Cher, The Fall of Troy, Crystal Castles, Phantogram, and the Jazz Greats.

Our latest project, Pretty Space Gangster, is an intergalactic radio station we're hoping everyone in the car will enjoy tuning in to. While instrumental hip-hop is the forerunner, listeners can also enjoy surf rock, electronic, techno, trip-hop, jazz, and psychedelic genres. 

We're keeping music fun, organic, and most importantly - a connection to each other. 

Bring back that 90s hip-hop and a simpler way of living life. Say f*** it and dance, dance baby, or at the very least, close your eyes and bob that head.
