OC/IC x 100ly

Formerly known from the Windy City, a rising multifaceted-content creator, who goes by "OC" is a very vocally charged and captivating presence as an original artist. Not everything you see is what it appears to be. OC utilizes his own unique satire and intellect in his lyrics. Fluidity, high energy and abstract concepts are the main features of his flow, vocal delivery and performances.

Originally known as "Chief OC," his grit comes from the journey he has been on since 2012. His underground smash song "Let Me Announce" marked his first arrival on the music scene. He is from the Lincoln Park neighborhood, and he has always carried the inner city within his soul, influencing his hyper-sonic approach. You can sense it in his gritty demeanor and stage presence. 

Right before arriving in Colorado in 2019, his outer worldly self was introduced as "the /IC." It connects him through his cultural roots to his ancestral line, community, and NGU. "NGU," which stands for "never give up," is his mantra— the main conduit for his music and life as an artist.

He is self-taught in video production (W3F) and audio production. Some of his latest works that truly define his expression are the album "STRND DREAMS" and the EP Blade: Holy Trinity (BHT). As of today, both projects have over 30,000 streams across all DSPs and counting. "Instant Intent" is his most viewed music video on Youtube so far with 15,000 views. 

For his final form, like something out of your favorite anime, there is “100ly.” 100ly stands for individuality and honor. This all began around 2021, just before his father faced a long battle with colon cancer throughout the years 2022-2024. During this time, he took on the challenge of aiding his father fight the illness. Unfortunately, his father passed away in 2024.

100ly has released his first project, a 4-track EP titled "Empathy", dedicated to his father’s way of life and to anyone who has ever lost a family member or friend to cancer.
