Switchman Sleepin'

Founded in 2012, Switchman Sleepin' has been bringing the music of the Grateful Dead to fans up and down Colorado's Front Range. The bands humble beginnings spawned from Fort Collins Equinox Brewing Company, where they began developing their unique style and building the beautiful Switchman community. Since then the band has played over 100 shows, hosted a DeadFest, and has been privileged to headline venues such as the Aggie Theatre, Hodi's Halfnote, The Lyric, Quixotes, The Whiskey, Paddler’s Pub, Swing Station, and Be on Key Psychedelic Ripple. Switchman has had some great times sharing the stage with folks such as Terrapin Flyer & Melvin Seals, Dead Floyd, Steely Dead, Cowboy’s Dead, Dead Jam House Band, Ginger Whale, Musketeer Gripweed, Wooleye, My Blue Sky, and many more. 

In 2024, Switchman added Caleb D'Aleo (Amorphic) playing the Jerry riffs, and Angel  DeSalvo (Torn and Frayed) on a second drumset giving Switchman Sleepin' a truly authentic Grateful Dead sound.
