Violet Wild Collective

Violet Wild is carving out a space on the alt-90s edge of Americana. The northern Colorado singer-songwriter delivers powerful, emotive vocals and percussive guitar that evoke both Alanis Morissette and Joni Mitchell. Her sound is shaped by the harmony she learned from Simon & Garfunkel songbooks as a child, and the Santana bass lines she played on sousaphone in marching band. Since 2017, she's played in bands in the Front Range live music scene. Now she performs with Rob Myers on upright bass and Bill Aspinwall on guitars.

Violet's debut single, "Steal My Body," reimagines the legend of Gram Parsons' death in Joshua Tree as a meditation on love, friendship, desert bonfires, and where we want our ashes scattered. Her latest track, "Neon Gaze," is a Colorado anthem celebrating the conspiracy lore of Denver International Airport. Her next single, "Hey Thelma," drops February 2026.
