Per production advance with Andy.
Where should the artists load in and stage their gear?

Load in via the backstage door located on the northwest corner of the building. Artists are directed in the venue advance to call my stage manager upon arrival who will then direct the flow of gear and do check in's.  Some gear might be able to be carried up the stairs while some may be directed to go into the lift (located at the northeast corner of the building). Artists can park in the alley only to load in and out but must move their vehicles after to keep it clear for other groups.
