Do you have a place we can store an a-frame sign overnight?

Can your venue provide a meal for the production team?
We can for sound engineers, we can give 2 drink tickets to stage hands which can be used 2 for a meal and 1 each for drinks
Can your venue provide a table and 2 chairs for our volunteers checking wristbands?

We’ll be a dropping a FoCoMX banner on Thursday before the festival. How early on Friday can our FoCoMX team’s arrive to hang the banners and signs?
We open at 10 AM, If you will need to come before that please reach out we can arrange someone to be here
Load in time is 3 hours before music starts. If this isn’t possible please let us now the earliest time we can access the venue.

Where should the artists load in and stage their gear?
Artists can load in through the front entrance and into the patio, we will have additional ARTIST AND STAFF PARKING at Kens muffler after 5pm. If you are loading in before 5pm we ask that you park in our regular lot or off on Hickory St one block north of The Lyric. DO NOT park in out staff parking lot, you will be towed.
Artists can stage gear behind the patio stage if it is nice enough to do outside or inside the lobby next to the video game machines over by the TARDIS. We will also have space inside of our sound closet and underneath the Mothership available for load in. We will have on deck musicians next to the stage int he lobby as well as over by the TARDIS. We will have stantions available to block off the area and make it a bit more private. We can make a map or something if we need to I know we have a crazy venue.

Friday - Stage Manager provided by FOCOMA, Mike said it would be one of the DJs to stage manage, please let us know who it will be ad make sure they are aware we need to be strict on times.
