Where should the artists load in and stage their gear?
Park near by Civic Center Park and drop equipment then can re-park at the Civic Center Parking Structure. The stage is located just west of the Justice Center and equipment can be staged side stage. Check in with Shaped Music when arrive. : Sound and musicians can pull into the alley to the South of Civic Center to unload, then move vehicle. This is the closest location to the stage.

Load in time is 3 hours before music starts. If this isn’t possible please let us now the earliest time we can access the venue.
Coordinate band load in with kellie: We will be onsite by 8am on April 19th and the event opens at 11am. We'll have plenty of time for load in and set up.
