This is a large public space and therefore no entrances and exits, it is free to attend.
Overnight security has been hired (Precision Security) to secure the stage equipment, FOH and FoCoMX related booths. The hand off will happen the morning of Saturday to Rockfan.
If issues Peggy will have the on-call Parks phone #, she will also have a key to the tech room below the stage if Rockfan needs access. Booths will be set up both days - limited
Load in from alley off of Walnut Street just northeast of the Square. Pull into this alley and park all the way at the end of the alley where it meets Trimble Court Alley. Please temporarily park along the brick wall on the left for your unload. Note: do not block the parking lots and spots in this alley as they might tow your car.
Also for bands - please carpool and/or unload and re-park. This is a very congested space and there are parking garages located close by on Chestnut Street, Remington and Mountain Ave, as well as much on street parking. Stage hands and Zone Managers will be there to help you as well. NO Driving on Old Town Square is permitted.
