Any other Venue specifics FoCoMA should consider?
The courtyard is our only entrance into the space and we do like to remain open to the public to come in and purchase from the shop.
If possible, we can either create some table barriers for the wrist banded area, or keep the courtyard more 'open to the public' vibes so we can still welcome folks inside for coffe, books, snacks, etc who may not be participating in the festival.
Can your venue provide a table and 2 chairs for our volunteers checking wristbands?

Where should the artists load in and stage their gear?
Ideally gear is getting loaded in and staged either in the corner nook outside to the left of the front door. It can also be set along the metal wall next to the performance area towards our garden.

Not sure yet, if you remind us closer we will look at our food options for the weekend (likely some kind of veggie burrito) and can set a few aside...
