Slay & Stinson is a dynamic, melody-driven band with deep roots and an original musical style. Their content draws inspiration from both real-life and fantastical experiences, all while paying homage to the rich traditions of bluegrass music and various other influences. Notably, Slay & Stinson earned the honor of winning the 2025 Rockygrass Bluegrass Band competition in Lyons, CO, a milestone that introduced their unique sound to a wide and appreciative audience of Colorado bluegrass enthusiasts.

Tonewood String Band is reinventing what it means to be “Colorado Bluegrass.” Their performance embraces traditional bluegrass roots with soaring vocal harmonies, blistering instrumental fireworks, and ear-catching melodies. But they augment all this with Middle Eastern melodies, Cajun rhythms, and impressive group improvisations, giving a voice to each band member’s unique musical influences.

Tribonacci is a Longmont based bluegrass band with a vintage newgrass edge, known for high-energy shows, tight harmonies, and undeniable onstage chemistry. Their performances are playful, powerful, and deeply engaging. Original music lands in 2026, and they’re just getting started.

Moonstone Quill

Moonstone Quill is a high energy string band consisting of guitar, mandolin, pedal steel guitar, and bass guitar with 4 singers. Known for strong vocal harmonies and a bluegrass, folk, americana, rock sound that has been refined over hundreds of shows in Colorado in the last 4 years. Moonstone Quill was voted “Best of Summit” in the best band/musician category in both 2023 and 2024.
