Every so often there is a period of social unrest and conflict that creates cracks in the current ideology and behavior of humanity. The 60's had the civil rights movement, and now we have something just as profound and important. Not as easy to label but there is most definitely a growing shift of culture in the air. Within these cracks throughout time, a few bands crawl out that engage in and provide a voice for whatever movement is at hand.

Elektric Animals

Elektric Animals is a newly formed Pop Rock band from Denver, CO. Their sound is a tasteful mix of 90's garage rock, classic blues, smooth alternative indie rock, and a sprinkling of post-grunge. Their independent self released single " Cool, Calm, Collected" is an homage to the 90's post-grunge era were the live bands were the kings.

Electric Toast

Coming from the musically rich town of Nederland, Colorado, 'Electric Toast' is a four piece band comprised of members from The Malai Llama, the Pine Dwellers, and Smooth Money Gesture, bringing original music to these beautiful Colorado Rockies. In a short time Toast has already been electrifying audiences from Frozen Dead Guy Days, to the Fox Theater, to The Caribou Room, to opening for the Hard Working Americans and will be found at festivals this summer including Nedfest. With a live show that's not to be missed, the rapidly growing fan base has venues filling up with shaking booties.

Duke Justice

Duke Justice is a musical shape shifter. His ability to effortlessly blend, and bounce between music genres is seemingly only matched by his talent to jump from one instrument to another with ease. From dreamy synth pop to art rock to indie-folk and everything in between. Duke Justice has been described as a “sonic chameleon” although according to the duke himself “it’s all pop to me” Born Justen C. Howard in Manhattan, New York City. Justen had seen every major Broadway musical by age ten and started studying music at the world-famous Harlem school of the arts at age seven.

Dijon Mustang

Dijon Mustang….. buckle in…. With the tasty masterful flow that comes from Gabe Masry on Lead Guitar, and the vocal prowess and rhythmic compliments from Patrick Dorion, you are in for a fun ride at a Dijon Mustang show. While flavor of some of the influences that this band draws from stems from the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, and other elaborative pioneers, their diversity also includes other directions and moods from acts like Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Tool, and Led Zeppelin.

Delilah West

Delilah West was formed 7 years ago, we are made up of 5 seasoned musicians. 2 guitarist, Bass, Drums, Keys. We play a mix of folk, rock, reggae, country and original songs. with influences from Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Wilco, Phish, Various Artists. We have played many venues in and around northern Colorado. We have a great following and people keep coming back. FOCOMX is an incredible event and we would love to be a part of it !!

Dee Ririe Tyler performs original music in a simple, soulful, rock and roll performance that will move your heart, mind, and body. His pointed and weighty lyrics explore universal themes with a driving, sincere deelivery.

Dead On A Sunday

A phenomenon that transcends traditional categorizations, Dead On A Sunday is the brainchild of vocalist, songwriter, and producer Ross Ryan. The project’s inventive blend of goth-adjacent rock, darkwave, post-punk, and genre-bending alternative has not only captivated audiences across the world, but sparked its own subculture—cementing Dead On A Sunday as one of the most distinctive voices in modern dark music.

Dead Man's Alibi

Formed in the winter of 2020, Dead Man's Alibi is a Rock Quartet from Fort Collins, Colorado, with a strong DIY ethos, and passionate love of the psychedelic rock music of the 1970's and 80's, where inspiration is drawn from. Consisting of alumni members from notable Colorado and North Carolina rock acts, Dead Man's Alibi's music and live performance transports its audience back in time to an era where simple, no frills rock and roll reigned supreme on the airwaves, and in the minds of the listeners that tuned in.

Dayton Stone and the Undertones

Dayton Stone and the Undertones was formed around Dayton Stone, a singer songwriter hailing from Seattle Wa. They released their debut album in 2017 and have been building a following through their lyric driven rock and explosive live performances. You can hear their infectious hooks and riffs spinning on local radio stations like KTCL 93.3 and Indie 102.3, and they're to release new music in 2023. The band consists of drummer and lead song writer and vocalist Dayton Stone, guitarists Nick Milano and Tony Milano, and bass player Peter Warekois.
