Two Headed Sweater

Two Headed Sweater is a five-piece indie rock outfit from Fort Collins. A Two Headed Sweater show is fun and welcoming and a little chaotic. There’s just a little too much movement and electronics to call it folk. A synthesizer and a pedal steel guitar exchange blows to make a cosmic kind of americana. You’ll hear each band member’s singular voice in songs that seek the joy in melancholy and the silliness in heartache. There’s a waltz about a swimming pond. There’s a dance song about death. There’s a funk song about phytoplankton or something. Welcome!

Turvy Organ

Energetic, fist-pumping indie rock, taking influence from artists such as Wolf Parade, Bright Eyes, and Modest Mouse. There’s a nostalgia in their formula, but it feels fresh thanks to frontman Ilya Litoshik, who delivers his straightforward lyrics with disarming passion and earnestness. It’s also helped along by the neurotic, dynamic arrangements and squelchy leads, adding up to a sound tailor-made for a long, winding drive through the desert.
