The 14ers

Life is a shared experience and music is the universal language that brings us all closer together. The 14ers is an adventure-inspired music project led by outdoor travel guide and songwriter Ryan Kirkpatrick, based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Refining their own signature style of Mountaintop Folk-Pop, The 14ers are sounding better than ever with an upcoming full-length album stocked with radiant passion, endearing melodies, and refreshingly authentic songs. The album won't be available for streaming, so only a few true-adventure-seekers will find it.

Taylor Shae Band

You’ll find Taylor Shae at the dusty intersection of anthemic Americana & velvety alt-country.

The crossroads between all-out dreamers and desperate outlaws. Having grown up in the shadow of the epic Colorado mountains, Taylor creates experiences and tells stories that make people feel real and alive.

Taylor's latest song, American Dream, is out now.

Taarka

Acclaimed "adventurous Americana" ensemble Taarka creates an original, embraceable and multifaceted sound driven by influences of bluegrass, jazz Manouche, American folk and world music. Across the US and abroad, Taarka delivers energy, emotion, and “gravity-defying” talent with beautifully interwoven vocals, instrumental prowess, and masterful songwriting. With 8 CD releases, a nationally released film soundtrack, 16 years spent touring the US and the world, Taarka weds soul with skill for an unforgettable experience.

Sunny Gable & the Whiskey Machine

Sunny & The Whiskey Machine is the perfect blend of country, blues, bluegrass, rock n roll, and a whole lot of soul. All blended until you get what they like to call “SoulGrass”. The band consists of Sunny Gable who writes and sings the songs, plays rhythm guitar, fiddle, and mandolin, Guy Ewing holding down the low end on bass and harmonies, and Bruce Allsopp on National guitar and harmonies. There is a distinct sound and style from the band and you never know what’s coming next! From soaring harmonies, to blunt, in your face diatribes to the world, it’s never boring.

Sugar Moon

Elli Varas (vocals, guitar, musical saw) Kyra Holt (vocals, banjo) and Christie Murman (fiddle) make up the all-gal bluegrass trio Sugar Moon. As part of the Colorado bluegrass scene, Sugar Moon is unique in their makeup: the three core members are all women, and in such a male-dominated genre their music is undeniably feminine — both in the musical aesthetic and lyrical themes. Gaining momentum up and down the front range, they were finalists in the Ullrgrass Band Competition, and have been featured on KCFR’s “Locally Sourced” radio program.

Strangebyrds

Cari Minor and Ray Smith became Strangebyrds in 2011, writing moving songs about times past and present. Their blend of spot on harmonies and commitment to finessing and honing their craft has developed into a sound they call "Signature Folk Americana".  Their sixth studio album, Shrieking Violets was released in 2023 with the support of fans who raised 197% of their Kickstarter goal in just thirty days. Shrieking Violets debuted to a sold out audience at eTown Hall in October 2023.

Stillhouse Junkies

Born in a distillery in Durango, CO, Stillhouse Junkies play a delirious, head-spinning mixture of original roots, blues, funk, swing, and bluegrass music. With all three band members sharing vocal duties and swapping instruments, the Junkies conjure a wide range of tonal landscapes that pay tribute to the iconic sounds of Gillian Welch, the Allman Brothers, Tim O'Brien, the Wood Brothers, John Hiatt, and countless others while breaking new musical ground with their genre-bending original material. StillHouse Junkies are proud to be 2018 Telluride Band Contest finalists.

Spur

Spur (Travis Duncan and Jerry Cordova) have been playing their unique blend of Americana folk music at locations around the Pikes Peak region since 2017. Jerry joined Travis on piccolo guitar for the release of his solo album, From the Mouth of Pikes Cave, at Gold Camp Brewing in December of 2017. Since then they’ve played 3 - 4 gigs per month at locations like the ROLL Bike Art Festival at Buffalo Lodge, the Starlight Spectacular, Hillside Gardens, Tap Traders, the Electric Moonlight at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and more.

Souvenir Thread

Souvenir Thread is a six piece acoustic, indie-folk band based in Fort Collins, CO, consisting of members Rob Addington, Sharon Docherty, John Duffy, Matt Fairchild, John Frank, and Pete Hevenor. While members of Souvenir Thread have called Fort Collins home for a number of years, they hail from all over the country and bring a variety of influences and styles, from old-time traditional to Americana to rock anthem. Their song repertoire is diverse and ranges from the moody and melodic to the foot-stomping rug cutter.

Shovelin Stone

With roots embedded in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and a sound unhinged in the capital of Texas, Shovelin Stone is a music almost as unique as the friendship it stems from. A shared passion for old-timey bluegrass is what brought Makenzie and Zak together, but it’s the unknowing joy for the moment and the obsession with the complications that life brings that continues to push the duo forward. Within heartfelt lyrics and a unique musical composition the indie folk sound that projects from these two is not only going to get the audience thinking but on their feet.
