Lost Penny

Lost Penny originally formed as the duo, Dahlby & Nadine, born out of a local bluegrass jam in Estes Park, Colorado. They discovered they had a similar drive to make music and write songs. The first time they blended their voices, they knew they had a sound vibration that must be shared, and a playful energy not to be contained. Their songwriting contains clever lyrics with irony and metaphor, and their arrangement of old standards is refreshing. Lost Penny is Nadine on guitar and Erin Dahlby on mandolin.

Liver Down The River

From the high mountain river-valley of Durango, Colorado comes a five piece band of musicians called Liver Down The River. The group has their roots in countless river floats, campfires, late night picking, and Colorado living. Since its creation in 2012, Liver's unique "funkadeligrass" sound and high energy performances have lead them to share the stage with the likes of The Infamous Stringdusters, Railroad Earth, The New Mastersounds, and Poor Man’s Whiskey, to name a few.

JShogren Shanghai'd

J Shogren Shanghai’d play roots & folk music filtered through a contemporary dissonant transmitter. “Brilliant storyteller from Wyoming. Hard Boiled, sometimes dark humorous stories delivered with a voice that clearly have lived through them.” Lennart Persson (SWE) Rootsy. “J Shogren is an intellectual dealing in pop music. He's funny, but the jokes are wry and subtle, drawn from a wide range of high and low cultural references....Like traditional music itself, Shogren's songs occupy their own other world." J Clark (US) Rambles

Jimbo Darville and the Truckadours

While the Truckadours' music is originally derived from truckin' roots of "raw" ol' time country and bluegrassy songs along with the outlaw sounds of the 70's & 80's, they have certainly taken it to a whole different level! Jimbo Darville & the Truckadours are truly one of very few bands (if not the only one) that write and play "subject specific" music versus "genre specific" songs/styles. In other words, they encompass a variety of musical flavors while maintaining a constant thread...truck drivin'! That's not to suggest that they roll out an eclectic mish-mash of tunes...

Jeff Cramer and the Wooden Sounds

Jeff Cramer’s American roots-inspired songs cover the stories and sounds he’s picked up from a decade on the move. From handyman in the woods of Maine and lakes of northern Wisconsin, to solar energy advocate and lobbyist in Washington DC, he found his way to the high country in Colorado to find a bit more space for song. Currently based in Denver, Jeff released his debut record, Northern 45, in January of 2019. Northern 45 garnered praise from No Depression, Glide Magazine and others, and he has drawn comparisons to early Hayes Carll and Whiskeytown.

J Shogren Shanghai'd

J Shogren Shanghai’d from Centennial WY (pop 100, 4 bars) have a singular vision of what they are doing musically—Roots & folk music filtered through a contemporary dissonant transmitter. They call their music “catawampus american music”. Shogren has released numerous albums over the last decade, played all over the Rocky Mtn region & Europe, represented Wyoming in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, and have played the Kennedy Center in DC and the Lincoln Center in NYC.
